Brendan Rien, Founder & Owner
Brendan Rien is a highly experienced and passionate hunting guide with over 19 years of expertise, including 16 years in Wyoming and 3 years in Texas. As the lead guide and operations manager for Western Wyoming Outfitters, Brendan oversaw every aspect of the operation, ensuring that each hunt was a seamless and successful experience for clients.
Throughout his career, Brendan has guided countless successful hunts, specializing in elk and other big game. He finds his greatest joy in helping novice hunters achieve their goals, especially when they harvest their first bull elk. Witnessing their excitement and pride reinforces his belief in the importance of mentorship and encouragement within the hunting community.
Brendan’s guiding philosophy is rooted in ethical hunting, conservation, and respect for nature. He believes in honoring the game, minimizing waste, and practicing sportsmanship at all times. His approach ensures not only a successful hunt but also an experience that fosters a lifelong connection to the outdoors.
